We'll do our upmost to ensure all orders orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday get dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed over the weekend or Bank Holiday periods will be dispatched the following working day.
We use a variety of couriers, the most suitable of which is chosen on your behalf based on your location and depending on the size of the consignment.
UK Postage & Packing
Standard Delivery is £10 plus VAT on all orders. Standard delivery is available right across the UK and we are proud to be one of the few companies not to charge extra for Non UK Mainland addresses.

Wherever you may be based, we say hello and welcome to our international friends.
However, we are unable to provide shipping arrangements for any orders that are outside of the U.K and a suitable courier service must be arranged by you for collection from our HQ.
We will pack up any orders placed that require international shipping and keep them safely stored, and await instruction to hand over to the courier service that you have arranged.

As we do not provide any international shipping arrangements, we can not accept liability to any loss or damage incurred to goods throughout the delivery process, we therefore advise that you choose a suitable service that includes cover and compensation for any unfortunate events.

UK Refunds & Replacements
We have a change of heart from time to time, and realise you may have too!
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased for a full refund within 7 days of receipt of goods.
To cancel any orders placed just drop us a line, you can email or write to us within seven working days of delivery of your order, making sure you pop a note of the order number. We must ask that you must have not used your items and must return them unopened and in the original packaging. A refund of the cost of the goods, will be sent to you within 30 days. Charges for carriage will unfortunately not be included in any refunds received.
We all have that oops! moment, so whosever it may be, please check that you have ordered correctly and received the right products as soon as they arrive.
As our products are safely sealed, we regret that we cannot offer an exchange once the tamper evident container has been opened.
If for any reason you have ordered the incorrect goods by mistake, we will be happy to send the correct replacement providing the original items are returned in a re-saleable condition and unopened within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, the cost of return postage will be incurred.
When you're happy, so are we. Thats why it is important to us that you are satisfied with the products and service you receive. If for any reason you need to return goods to us more than 7 days after original receipt, please get in touch and we will normally arrange a credit note for the same value of original goods providing that they are unopened, and have more than 6 months shelf life of their expiry or use by date.
UK Loss or Damage
Occasionally goods may be lost or damaged in the post. When this happens we're happy to send a replacement. Please inform us as soon as possible if any items arrive damaged or do not arrive on the expected delivery date. APC stipulate that damage to the whole or any part of a consignment, or physical loss, mis-delivery or non-delivery of part of a consignment must be reported within three (3) business days, and proof of the claim provided within ten (10) business days, after the end of Transit.
